3You go live

A "you're live" walkthrough, your team's training videos, and your Daily Runbook. Then the system starts working your guest list while you run service.

Before you start

Worth having handy

Your menu — a link or a PDF you can share. The AI answers menu questions with it.
Your logo and brand colors. A link works; "it's on our website" works too.
Your guest / email list export, if you have one. From your email tool, reservation system, or POS. This powers the win-back — it's usually the first revenue the system produces. You can also send it later.
The offers you're comfortable making. e.g. "we miss you" treat, slow-night special, birthday dessert.
Who on your team gets reservation alerts. Name + email of your host or manager.
